have nearly four years working as a computer lab assistant at the
University of Portland. My duties there included solving technical support
issues of a hardware, software, network, and personal. In addition to my
work as a lab assistant I also helped maintain a student network of Linux,
Mac, and windows machines. With this background I feel assured in my
ability to solve any technical problems and find ways of preventing them
in the future.
