Hello! I'm a programmer and author known for things like Modern Perl: the book and the Perl testing revolution.
I've used Perl professionally since 1998 and have contributed heavily to the CPAN, PerlMonks, and even the Perl core itself.
I've written and contributed to several books.
You can read more of my writings at Modern Perl Books, some of the essays on Outspeaking, and even Trendshare's new investor's guide. I'm particularly proud of the warnings about penny stocks series, though if anything, the How to Make a Smoothie guide is the most popular thing I've ever written by volume of readers. Go figure.
Most of my professional work-for-pay is visible in whole or in part on the Internet.
I am an owner of Big Blue Marble and direct some of the technical work there.
